    Overview Affordable Dentures & Implants is the
    largest network of dental lab technicians nationwide. Join our innovative network to expand your skills and advance your career.

    • We are currently
      looking for an experienced dental lab technician proficient in fabricating dentures from start to finish to become the Lab Manager at one of our cutting-edge denture labs.

    What We Offer:

    + Monday to Friday work schedule without nights or weekends.+ Career growth opportunities through on-the-job training.+ Paid vacation and holidays totaling over one month off per year.+ No travel necessary. Technicians work exclusively in one practice at their on-site lab.+ Comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.+ Salary range: $24 - $30 per hour
    Responsibilities+
    Proficiency in all denture fabrication aspects such as setting teeth, denture wax-up, including festooning and carving of teeth, rough and fine finishing, repairs, pouring and trimming denture models+
    Demonstrated work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and effective communication+
    Familiarity with OSHA regulations+
    Readiness to train lab team members across all lab areas
    Qualifications+
    Extensive experience in fabricating dentures from start to finish.+
    Preference for denture and implant experience, but not mandatory for implant experience.+
    Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not obligatory.+

    About Affordable CareEstablished in 1975, Affordable Care, LLC is the largest dental support organization (DSO) specializing in tooth replacement services in the U.S., with over 400 dental practices.

    Supported practices focus mainly on extractions, dentures, implants, and fixed arches, some including an on-site laboratory for same-day services.


    Affordable Care manages various leading dental brands including Affordable Dentures & Implants, DDS Dentures + Implant Solutions, and Advanced Dental Implant Centers. From the Affordable Care Support Center in North Carolina's Research Triangle Park and field-based teams, Affordable Care offers business support to dental practices, handling non-clinical tasks so dentists can concentrate on patient care.
