We are expanding our team in Northern, VA Fastest Labs has over a decade of experience providing top-quality drug, alcohol, and DNA testing and unparalleled customer care.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow a telephone script to schedule appointments for testing
• Perform drug, alcohol, and DNA specimen collections following strict company, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
• Collection of payment from customers
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales conversations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Data entry
• Additional duties as assigned
• Speak with vendors and suppliers via telephone
• Work parttime Monday-Friday an average of 20 hours/week

• You are able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check

• Ability to speak and hear clearly in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to perform occasional onsite testing at client work sites.

• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to have regular contact with samples consisting of urine, hair, saliva, and fingernails
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
• Sitting at a desk for extended periods.

• A competitive starting pay range: $16.00$18.00/hour
