    Senior HR Business Partner

    The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role within the HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in different locations. This position requires a seasoned HR professional to lead the development and execution of People Plans that align with the Global HR Strategy and business objectives, emphasizing strategic vision and operational involvement.

    Role Purpose:

    The Senior HR Business Partner is a crucial member of the HR team, supporting senior stakeholders in their assigned areas. The main focus will be on driving the People Plan development and execution, aligning with the Global HR Strategy to meet business growth objectives.

    This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational responsibilities, demanding a skilled HR professional to enhance performance, build capability, and elevate the colleague experience.

    Summary:

    • Strategic Partner: Acts as a strategic partner to Executive Committee members and senior leadership teams, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to shape commercial plans.
    • People Strategy: Translates business objectives into HR initiatives and workforce plans, aligning with commercial needs.
    • Change Management: Proactively addresses organizational changes, offering expertise on change management strategies.
    • Organisational Design and Effectiveness: Evaluates organizational structure to enhance efficiency and support business goals.
    • Performance Management: Collaborates with leadership to optimize colleague performance through performance management strategies.
    • Talent Management: Partners with Centers of Excellence to develop and implement talent strategies.
    • Colleague Experience: Implements initiatives to enhance colleague experience and drive engagement.
    • Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations: Utilizes HR data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
    • Learning and Development: Identifies training needs and supports the implementation of L&D programs.
    • Employee Relations: Handles complex ER issues and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • HR Excellence & Governance: Provides counsel to ensure adherence to people-related governance and drives HR process improvements.

    What we are looking for in you:

    Minimum Requirements Proven experience in strategic HR roles and profound knowledge of employment law and regulations. Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to influence and drive change, experience with HR systems like Workday or similar platforms.

    Desirable Requirements Experience in international markets, passion for technology or cybersecurity industry, and M&A knowledge.
