    Join Our Team as a Senior HR Business Partner at a Global Specialty Underwriter in London City

    The company is going through a significant growth phase, and we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our talented team. The role is initially on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with a potential to become permanent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and deliver projects such as benefit reviews, market data analysis, job architecture, and L&D offering evaluation.
    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
    • Provide advice on employee relations, absence management, and performance culture.
    • Identify risks in employee relation processes and offer proactive solutions.
    • Guide managers through performance management issues and organizational changes.
    • Analyze HR data to drive business decisions and strategies.
    • Support talent identification, learning opportunities, and resource planning.
    • Contribute to annual cycle deliverables for the client group.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a professional services environment, especially in Financial services, Legal, or Management consultancy.
    • Deep understanding of the employee life cycle.
    • Proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead projects with authority and knowledge of policy trends.
    • Experience working collaboratively with HR teams on new initiatives.
    • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of regulations and the ability to develop innovative policies.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
