As a Social Services Designee you will assist in preparing our residents for their future.

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at
The Grove of Skokie by ensuring our residents social and emotional needs are met during their stay, coordinating resident discharges and participating in resident care conferences.

Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

An occupational therapist or possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field (inluding but not limited to: sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and have a minimum of one year of supervised experience in mental health or human service.
