We are offering this as a permanent position.

Duties will include, but not be limited to providing Quality Customer Service while also supporting the Scale Master and HR in the following ways:


  • This includes routing calls to specific departments/persons when necessary
  • Answering questions directly, as able
  • Taking messages and relaying to proper individual(s)
  • Enter data, run reports and review customer information for accuracy
  • Process and complete customer receiving paperwork
  • Communicate with customers regarding any concerns or questions pertaining to loads received and materials deemed as nonrecyclable
  • Assist with monthend process
  • Sort, scan and electronically file incoming vendor invoices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
- i.e., Word, Excel

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must possess the ability to multitask proficiently
