To strengthen our team in work planning, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer/Work Planner (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What it's about:

  • Defining production steps in work plans with a focus on capacity, cost and quality requirements
  • Defining and further developing production processes, taking into account production technology, business and ergonomic aspects
  • Planning, implementing and being responsible for process optimizations
  • Designing ergonomic workstations and connected layouts with a focus on optimized work processes and material flows using 3D factory planning software
  • Further developing Lean methods (conducting KVP measures, 6S workshops)
  • Coordination and intensive coordination with interfaces (development, quality, purchasing, planning and production) within the scope of projects
  • Conducting product-related cost calculations (pre- and post-calculation)
