- Support the Senior Product Line Manager and Product Director in all product meetings, providing insights and contributing to decision-making processes.
- Maintain data integrity of product assortment, ensuring accurate information for decision-making and reporting purposes.
- Create visual tools for the cross-functional team, including compelling presentations for design, merchandising, and downstream geography partners.
- Manage sample ordering and coordination, ensuring timely delivery and organization of samples for review and evaluation.
- Own a portion of the Women's Golf Apparel line, contributing to product strategy and end-to-end management in collaboration with merchandising, design, and development partners.
- Participate in product and design reviews, cross-functional meetings, and strategy check-ins with merchandising.
- Maintain systems and product tools to support product creation and management processes.
- AA or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Internship experience or retail experience within the apparel or performance industries preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a buying or merchandising role is a plus.
- Passion for Women's product and a strong understanding of the fashion and performance industries.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and retail math for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to create compelling visual tools using PowerPoint/Keynote to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across various functions.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift and move sample products as needed.
