• Negotiating and concluding private land contracts for planned projects.
• Attending information events, property owner meetings, and municipal council meetings.
• Researching and obtaining property and cadastral data.

• You have a degree or completed vocational training with relevant further education.
• You have sales experience, are communicative, and can negotiate well.
• Ideally, you already have experience in securing land for photovoltaic, wind energy, or other infrastructure projects.
• You work independently and goaloriented, but also enjoy working in a team.
• You have a high willingness to travel and a class B driver's license.
