Description

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist with customer support and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate scheduling records
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Wellsky and other software
  • File and organize personnel documents, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with managing director's calendar

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a home care / long term care setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
