Home Care Coordinator - Newark, United States - Compassionate Angels Home Care
Description
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with customer support and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate scheduling records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Wellsky and other software
- File and organize personnel documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with managing director's calendar
Experience:
- Previous experience in a home care / long term care setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
