Requirements:

Possesses an indepth understanding of web technologies used in largescale website deployments.
Possess experience in implementing cloudbased Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) at federal government agencies, and Content Management Systems (CMS), and SharePoint.
Establishes the highlevel development strategy through module selection and configuration.
Ensures all technology solutions are properly architected and meet client specifications.
Ensures HTML/CSS is crossbrowser compatible and are standard compliant to meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility/disability requirements.
Designs and implements new features and functionality, establishes and guides the website's architecture, ensuring highperformance and availability, and manages all technical aspects of the ECMS and CMS.
Utilizes data visualization tools to make complex data more accessible, understandable, usable and appealing to users.
Employs techniques to automate data visualization workflow and test data outcomes.
Focuses on site wide concerns such as integration, scalability, performance, and security.
Tranform design and user interface mockups into functional websites powered by ECMS and CMS.
Mentors other Developers

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 6 years professional Drupal Web Development Experience or 5 years industry experience.
Minimum 6 years of consultation on complex projects and is toplevel contributor/specialist.
Required experience in Drupal Site Builder, Developer, Front and Back End Specialist certifications or demonstrated experience.
Required experience in AWS DevOps, Developer, Data Engineer Certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience PHP.
Required experience in modernizing and Securing Drupal 8 web sites, modern JS/ECMA, modern HTML/CSS (WHATWG), SQL, CMS module building, PHP Frameworks, JS Frameworks, Apache/Nginx/MySQL/AWS Storage, API consumption and publishing schemes, data analysis and visualization approaches.
Required experience supporting technical Agile Software Development Projects, Roadmaps, Estimates, Task Dependency, Technical Risk Analysis Support, Scrum Practices.
Excellent Technical presentation skills especially with Federal Agency Stakeholders.
Competence using and enhancing JIRA/Atlassian or equivalent task management system.
Competence with performance/stress testing web services.
Experience with FedRAMP Cloud Security, Multi-Language Content Management, 508/EWCAG (WAI-ARIA).
An active Public GitHub with relevant project work demonstrations.
