Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize innovative ideas
• Test and enhance website designs to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain website appearance and adhere to content standards
• Design visual imagery aligned with client branding
• Communicate design concepts effectively using various tools
• Integrate functionalities and features into websites
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Foster collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to refine designs

Skills:

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
• Exceptional eye for design and understanding of web elements
• Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite
• Coding skills in CSS, HTML, PHP, and Java
• Basic database administration knowledge
• Familiarity with SEO principles and UX/UI design
• Multimedia content development expertise
• Experience with Adobe design software
• 24 years of web design experience in an agency or studio environment
