    About the project and role:

    Consoling all the data sets and Strategizing that plan of working to help bring that Enterprise resource planning (ERP) vision that we have in separate systems into to

    singular source within the workday.

    This team is heavily involved in that process kind of multi-year process

    Tableau, SQL, project management expertise talking to different stakeholders

    The role might be hands-on problem-solving aspects of marketing at the beginning, you could be doing an internal investigation mid-day, and then switch gear over to working with accounting Finding clients to help grow the ERP with workday integration.

    A mixture of going back to the backend looking at the database understanding the business requirements on the front end and validating the requirements to try to convince businesses.

    • The Lead Data Analyst is the primary point of contact working directly with key business leaders to document analytic requirements, assess data and technology solutions available, and design solutions that enable the organization to become a more data-driven company.
    • This role requires detailed technical knowledge of Data and Business Intelligence solutions as well as the ability to work directly with business teams across the company and at all levels.
    • This role directly interfaces with members of many departments across the organization.
    • Success in this area is critically important for our growth as a data-driven organization and for the growth of the team.

    Tasks:

    • Proactively perform data exploration and analytical deep dives to discover insights or future opportunities.
    • Apply technical and data analysis techniques on high-dimensional data to inform strategic business decisions.
    • Data Analytics experience with strong technical skills in manipulating large data sets with complex SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
    • Elicit and understand requirements from the business in order to develop and deliver operational reports and/or analytic data models that support daily business operations, business intelligence dashboards, subject area analysis, and statistical analysis Design Tableau dashboards following best practices including visual design principles.
    • Gather and document business requirements for dashboards.
    • Provide ideas for dashboards aligning with high-level requirements and work iteratively with business partners to refine requirements to deliver the final product.
    • Participate in the development and enforcement of Tableau standards and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Perform testing to certify data sources and Tableau dashboards for production use.
    • Write SQL queries to execute in the data lake platform.
    • Design and develop complex stored procedures Develop interactive and insightful Tableau visualizations and stories that are easily understood Provide direction and mentoring to analysts on Tableau development, dashboard usability, and design best practices.
