This GIS Technician I position performs technical functions necessary to create and maintain the Geographic Information System (GIS) data. Responsibilities include interpreting as-built drawings, researching legal documents, digitizing data, writing basic models using ModelBuilder and Python scripts, creating reports, extracting customer data, preparing maps according to specified criteria.
