Introduction:

For the maintenance of public buildings in the Turners Falls area

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the building's technical systems
  • Independent inspections / maintenance / testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)

Your profile:

  • Training as a systems mechanic (heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing), central heating and ventilation builder, gas and water installer, or mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level or technically savvy individuals
  • Valid driver's license
