The Department D02.2 Patient Admission and Performance Billing ZMK at the University Hospital Düsseldorf is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering patient data in the outpatient admission area of the dental clinic
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Updating patient data/cost clarification and debt collection
  • Providing information to patients
  • Maintaining paper and digital archives, processing and responding to inquiries
  • Informing patients about outpatient treatment contracts/declarations
  • Assisting with billing for outpatient
