100%, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an
Administrative Operations Assistant to:


  • Support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, take meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
  • Enter, monitor and report departmental data and information. Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, timeoff, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field.


Work Experience:

Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting
