Hospice Sales Representative South San Juaquin County
Qualifications Include
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in hospice/palliative marketing strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, community organizations, and healthcare professionals.
- Crisis intervention and family support expertise.
- High school graduate or GED. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of acceptable automobile insurance coverage.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to different social, racial, cultural, and religious modes.

As a member of our hospice sales team, you will work closely with referral sources, patients, and their families to promote the Lorian Hospice program.
You'll act as a liaison, building strong relationships within the community and providing direct interaction and support to terminal patients and their families.

In this role, you will oversee your assigned marketing territory, establishing and maintaining relationships with organizations that utilize hospice care services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential referral sources such as physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
- Ensuring community awareness about Lorian Hospice through continuing education and outreach efforts.
- Advocating for patients within the hospice program and in the community.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the hospice clinical team and referral sources.
- Participating in training and inservice education programs.
