Duties:


  • You will serve as the first level supervisor of the Acoustic Intelligence (ACINT) staff administrative team and provide guidance and oversight of directorate project assignment and completion for projects.
  • You will administer tasking, organize and administrate requirements processes, and track and manage financial data and programmatic processes.
  • You will collaborate with staff on the formulation of short and long range workforce plans, goals, and objectives.
  • You will develop, recommend, and coordinate improvements for management of resources across the department.
  • You will prepare and present management reviews to department leadership on external assistance and tasking as assigned.
  • You will coordinate administrative activities, to include coordinating and/or seeking customer direction on all Requests for Information and tasks, work closely with personnel regarding due dates, and alert management to tasking performance gaps.

  • Some travel may be required (within/outside U.S.).

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as:

  • 1. Manage the operations department's workflow by performing analysis and prograM/Financial management, administering tasking, organizing/administrating the requirements processes, and improving management of resources.

2. Prepare analytical, program management, and financial reports; maintain files of raw or abstracted data; and collect material for presentation to management.

3. Track, analyze, and manage financial data and programmatic processes to inform goals and strategies for development, training, deploying, compensating, and motivating the workforce.

4. Perform the full breadth of first level supervisory duties such as planning, directing, assigning, and monitoring work; appraising employee performance; and supporting employee development
