Field Technician - Datacenters (Phoenix, AZ)
We are looking for a Field Technician for a global B2B high-tech company.

In this role, you will be managing the onsite delivering of software services, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery support, installation and configuration for customer environments.

This is a 24-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is an on-site role in Phoenix, AZ.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Must have your own transportation. This role requires traveling to customer sites in the Phoenix, AZ area.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provides direct postsales systems onsite technical support for reactive and proactive customers. Each position maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear business and technical solution alignment, clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
  • Responsible for client Total Customer Experience as well as the revenue growth, profitability, and account retention.
  • Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
  • Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
  • Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work.

Requirements:


  • Must be familiar with basic Microsoft Office products.
  • US Citizenship required.
