The Training:

  • Training in groups with our own apprentice office
  • Introduction days at the beginning of the training to get to know different departments in the company (e.g. customer service for life, property, accident, motor vehicle, customer communication, field staff, IT)
  • Intensive support from experienced trainers and extensive exam preparation
  • Regular in-house classes to get to know the entire company
  • Own apprentice projects and a specialized training program for technical, methodological, social, and personal skills
  • Agency stay to get to know sales

We offer you:
WWK is a strong community. As such, we want to integrate every apprentice into our community after their training. Therefore, we train according to demand. This means that we only train as many apprentices as we can hire after successful completion.

14 training allowances per year (as of: 1st year of training: 1,205 euros, 2nd year of training: 1,282 euros, 3rd year of training: 1,370 euros)
