Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children.

You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment working as a classroom and school team member, where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons that incorporate various learning styles
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive relationships among children
• Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
• Assess and monitor the progress of each child, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and discipline
• Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance learning experiences

Experience:

• Previous experience working with preschoolaged children is preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
• Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Familiarity with physical education, math concepts, and childhood development theories

Job Types:

From $17.00 per hour
