Our client is a global medical device company that is dedicated to developing innovative technology, tools, and treatment options to help dental professionals worldwide achieve the best clinical results. They are currently seeking a Senior Business Optimization Consultant / Management Consultant to join their team in Shannon Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and growing dental and orthodontic practices, leading the way in modern digital dentistry.

This is a field-based position located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Optimization Consultant, your main focus will be on maximizing revenue growth, optimizing resources and efficiency, developing systems and processes, improving the patient journey and service quality, increasing profitability, and fostering a positive office culture to drive practice growth in orthodontic practices. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Developing strategic partnerships with targeted accounts to support customers in transforming their practices.

Analyzing the orthodontic side of the business and identifying opportunities for improvement in overall business operations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that will help practices grow and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Conducting in-depth analysis of practices and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement, growth, and scalability.

Leading change management efforts within practices.
