De logistieke activiteiten van Eurofins zijn ondergebracht in Eurofins Logistics Benelux B.V. Logistiek is voor Eurofins van doorslaggevend belang. Enerzijds om klanten te ontzorgen in het transport van product samples, anderzijds omdat Eurofins laboratoria in Nederland en omringende landen veelal sterk specifieke test competenties kennen. Dit houdt in dat de te testen product samples efficint over verschillende locaties dienen te worden verspreid. Hiervoor stelt Eurofins haar eigen logistieke services ter beschikking in de vorm van distributienetwerken, warehouses en een gecentraliseerde customer service. 7 Dagen per week werkt een groot team van logistiek medewerkers om de Eurofins laboratoria en klanten optimaal te kunnen bedienen.

Voor de vestiging in Barneveld zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een :
**Customer Care Specialist (Logistics) voor 24 uur per week**
Jij wordt ht centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en bent de spil tussen logistiek en onze laboratoria
Je verzorgt de orderintake, zowel telefonisch als per mail en je beantwoordt alle vragen die klanten kunnen hebben met betrekking tot onze logistieke diensten, nauw samenwerkend met je collegas op de afdeling planning en alle chauffeurs die onderweg zijn. Je ondersteunt de operatie/planning indien nodig.
Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van de (logistieke) processen binnen onze afdeling.
Je bent van nature communicatief vaardig, servicegericht en bewaakt actief een correcte afhandeling van klachten, een 100% tevreden klant is waar jij voor gaat.
Wij zoeken iemand die het heerlijk vindt om in een dynamische omgeving werkzaam te zijn en daarin zichzelf onderscheidt door altijd het overzicht te kunnen bewaren.

**Functie-eisen**
**Profiel:**
HBO werk- en denkniveau (richting Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde, Sales of Marketing);
Werkervaring in de Sales/CS (B2B) en marketing;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlands & Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift);
Kennis van de Franse taal is een pre;
Communicatief (schriftelijk en verbaal) sterk;
In het bezit van rijbewijs B
Je bent leergierig, oplossingsgericht, flexibel en een echte teamplayer;
