    We are hiring quality caregivers who enjoy working with seniors.

    Benefits we offer:
    • $19.00 an hour base rate with annual increases
    • $21-$24 an hour Bonus Rate for weekend shifts and fill-in shifts (Bonus Rates are for weekend shifts and last-minute fill-ins).
    • $22.00-$24.00 an hour for couple care shifts, with bonus rate on weekends up to $30/hour
    • Referral Bonus $300, unlimited
    • Google review Bonus, $50 each
    • Up to $150 monthly drawing to reimburse for utility bill
    • Time and a half when working holidays
    • Flexible hours with immediate work for qualified candidates
    • Ongoing training opportunities - Develop skills without needing a CNA license/QMAP certification
    • Consistent scheduling - work with the same clients during the same days and hours every week
    • 401k with a generous match
    • Paid sick time
    • Daily Pay- Ability to instantly access up to 50% of your earnings before payday
    Your Role:

    As a Care Specialist, you will provide caregiving services to seniors to help them stay in their own homes or assist them in a senior living facility, such as a nursing home. This could include tasks such as:
    • Meal Preparation
    • Light Housekeeping
    • Companionship
    • Transportation to and from Appointments
    • Shopping
    • Assistance with Male and Female Personal Care.
    • Protective Oversight
    We have numerous shift options available to fit your schedule:
    • Days
    • Overnights
    • Weekends
    • Full Time
    • Part Time
    We conduct thoughtful care matching and discuss your shift options with you to ensure that you and your client are a perfect match

    Requirements:

    * Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable personal transportation
    * Background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, Colorado Adult Protective Services check, and Drug screening
    * Authorized to work in the U.S.
