Overseeing the maturation of the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, you will conduct executive and sub-demand plan reviews, steering the organization towards operational excellence. LOCATION:
This role can be based in any of the Honeywell Hub locations in the U.S.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Formulate and execute strategic demand planning initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and demand management.
· Drive the implementation of demand planning systems and processes to support the evolving needs of the business.
· Lead and oversee a team of demand planners, providing guidance and support in all aspects of demand planning activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the demand planning team.
· Collaborate between sales forecasting, marketing programs and manufacturing, bringing closer alignment within the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process.
· Design and execute the strategy for maturing the SIOP process using the Corporate SIOP Maturity audit as a guide
· Conduct the executive and sub-demand plan reviews and function as the project manager with all areas of the business from sales, CBMs, engineering, installation, and planning.
· Lead the SIOP process team and supply planners to facilitate maximum customer satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction and financial performance.
· Direct and support the Demand Planning team to improve forecast accuracy and bias reduction design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects.
· Process data, identify problematic areas, and consolidate the opportunities into a single forecast for Supply Chain action.
· Take ownership of the preparation and presentation of regular reports on key performance metrics. Use your insights to guide the team in making data-backed decisions and improvements in the demand planning process.
· Responsible for presenting Demand forecast to Leadership at monthly meetings.
· Lead, mentor and motivate the demand planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

YOU MUST HAVE
· 8+ years in supply chain with additional experience in Demand or Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management
· Extensive experience implementing and leading Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)
· Direct people leadership responsibility, preferably in a matrix environment
WE VALUE
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering and Advanced Degree
· MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management
· History of successfully standardizing & integrating SIOP in multiple business environments
· Industry relevant project management certifications (i.e. Lean, PMP, Six Sigma)
· Strong matrix, global organization management experience. Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to influence cross-functionally
· Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
· Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF)
· Proficient in Microsoft applications.
