Scheduler responsibilities include:

• Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients
• Create and maintain caregiver schedules and database
• Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and caregiver availability
• Contact care providers and clients regarding daytoday changes
• Manage client services as outlined in agreements and care plan
• Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals
• The ability to be on call two weekday nights and one weekend a month, entails live answering the phone, replacing caregivers that call out, and doing everything you can to prevent our clients from being without care. You can opt to be on call one or more additional weekday nights, and/or one or more weekends if dates are available for additional compensation

• A College Degree
• Related scheduling experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to teach others over the phone
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and nurture longlasting relationships
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
• A current NC CNA strongly preferred

$40, $44,000.00 per year
