Description

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, PROSPECT RESEARCH, _Resource Development-Prospect Development_, to contribute to the fundraising efforts of the Institute by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information to direct and inform solicitation and engagement strategies for prospective donors. Prospect Development promotes a culture of donor-centric fundraising in order to build meaningful donor relationships and strong philanthropic connections to the Institute. Will supervise and lead a team of prospect research analysts supporting the Institute's fundraising efforts by providing strategic information on MIT's key philanthropic prospects, developing strategic relationships with the team's fundraising partners, and conducting regional analyses of the key fundraising markets.
