Responsibilities

Support in operational personnel administration from hiring to employee departure.
Maintenance and management of timekeeping.
Support for employees in all HRrelated matters.
Assistance in application management.
Contract and certificate creation.
Support in payroll preparation.
Creation of evaluations and statistics.

Profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a personnel specialist or comparable qualification.
First professional experience in personnel administration.
Knowledge of wage tax, social security, works constitution, and labor law.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, discretion, and loyalty are a given for you.
