Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to optimize equipment, facilities, and personnel usage. They collaborate with airport management, lead and inspire operational staff, and assist in developing administrative and operational strategies. Monitoring station operations, financial performance, and suggesting improvements are key responsibilities of this position.
The role also involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and overseeing regulatory adherence. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency while upholding safety standards and resolving any operational issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to leadership. Experience in personnel management and familiarity with operational processes are highly desired.
