- Serve as the primary contact for commercial and business clients.
- Review status of current accounts to include, but not limited to, past due payments, tracking of insurance, tracking of maturities/renewals, and interacting with clients.
- Work closely with Commercial and Business Banking Loan Officers and the Portfolio Manager (PM) to ensure satisfactory on-going monitoring of loans to clients and assist with timely collection of financial statements.
- Open and service commercial/business banking client deposit accounts. Including working with the Treasury Management team to coordinate and assure seamless execution of services.
- Identify clients' operational needs and bank products/services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Commercial Lenders, Business Bankers, underwriters, and loan administrators to ensure efficient loan operations, processing, and legal documentation for satisfactory closing of loans to clients in a timely manner.
- Work with attorneys and closing department to ensure closing matches loan approval and documentation is correct.
