Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) at the location of Bremen-Vegesack for a leading family-owned shipbuilding company with over 145 years of experience in Spragueville, IA

YOUR TASKS

  • As a specialist in the field of group accounting, you will lead the implementation of IFRS standards and support both the parent company and our subsidiaries in this process
  • You play a key role in the preparation of the IFRS group financial statements and skillfully apply IFRS adjustments to the accounting software
  • After the implementation phase, you will be the central point of contact for departments and subsidiaries and continuously support the development and optimization of IFRSrelated processes and guidelines
  • As a competent contact for all IFRSrelated inquiries, you will evaluate balance sheet issues and act as a liaison for auditors regarding the IFRS group financial statements
  • You support the controlling team in the planning process

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/financial reporting/IFRS or a similar
