Unit Description:

Key responsibilities:

Lead the team with safety as a priority
Schedule and perform routine inspections of all grounds and landscape to ensure quality
Present a professional personal appearance, firmly assuring service staff uniforms, personal protective equipment are worn
Ensure all grounds and facilities vehicles and equipment is maintained to a safe and serviceable condition and workshop facilities are kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

Preferred 3 years of Grounds leadership experience preferred
Knowledge with hard scapes, machinery and fencing strongly preferred
Computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
