Description
The Human Resource Coordinator helps with facilitating all key HR Functions and programs. This includes general data entry, clerical and receptionist duties.


Education/Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Licenses/Certification:

  • N/A

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 35 years general office skills, preferably in a Human Resources environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to efficiently and accurately input data into Workday and HRIS software
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Answer incoming calls, assist with questions or redirect as needed
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Order supplies and maintain supply closet within budget.
  • Send unemployment instructions to previous employees, and submit information to unemployment management vendor
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, (verifying I9s, E-Verify, Licensure, Backgrounds, CORIs)
  • Coordinate materials and facilities New Hire Orientation, including handouts, supplies, technology, and virtual or physical conference rooms
  • Assist Volunteer Office with data entry
  • Maintaining Employee Records (I9s, CORIs, Job descriptions)
  • Responsible for general and secondary tasks as needed or assigned

Extensive use of computer keyboard. Able to lift without restriction and use proper body mechanics, sits for extended periods of time.
