As the Financial Data Analytics team, we are responsible for driving analytics throughout the organization to improve our products, engage better with our customers, create greater efficiencies, and drive new business by providing data insights.

Our data captures the who, what, when, where, and why of how our company goes to market. Senior business leaders rely on our work every day to make strategic decisions.


What you will do:

  • Work with senior business stakeholders to break down business problems and design analytics solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to drive best practices for data modeling, ETL, and data quality.
  • Design and build data pipelines to enable decision making through analytics.
  • Develop automated solutions to replace manual data processes.
  • Refine and enhance reporting data models.
  • Act as a champion for data quality by proactively identifying data quality issues and coordinating with system owners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to gather requirements and evangelize data analytics best practice

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Coursework in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical work experience. 2 years of professional experience in data management / data engineering
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to drive process improvements in capturing, storing, enriching, and using data.
  • Proven development experience with SQL, ETL tools, and Business Intelligence Tools (QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI).
