Deputy Head of Station (m/f/d)

  • Strong professional and high social competence

Your responsibilities:

  • Leadership and personnel planning
  • Employee, goal-setting, and feedback discussions
  • Responsibility for optimal use of personnel and economic resources
  • Constructive and collaborative cooperation with all professional groups
  • Participation in the optimization of operational processes
  • Active participation in nursing areas (departmental nursing) in all shifts according to the duty roster
