- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and address any risks promptly
- Supervise and guide production staff, set goals, monitor progress, and enforce operational procedures
- Coordinate production schedules, resolve issues, and liaise with sales and fleet teams
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of employees to foster growth
- Oversee equipment maintenance, assess new technologies, and handle equipment procurement
- Promote teamwork and enhance team processes for efficient daily operations
- Enhance operational efficiency through data analysis, action plans, and implementing positive changes
- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with customers, team members, and peers
- Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years in a similar industry role
- Previous experience in supervisory roles, budget management, production planning, data analysis, and process improvement is advantageous
