    We're promoting our current Production Manager and are looking for a suitable replacement
    This is a key role in our somewhat small, personal business people, 3 autos, 1 manual), and we'd love to find a friendly, knowledgeable person who wants to help us grow and grow with us.

    We've been around since 1999 and didn't lay off a single employee during the pandemic, or the recession of 2008.

    Phoenix, 7th Ave. & McKinley. 30 seconds from the I-10.

    SEEKING:
    Full-time, experienced Production Manager

    A person who can effectively organize a fluid schedule, meet due dates, communicate clearly with our customer service team, and delegate to ensure projects move forward.

    Someone with a

    minimum of 2 years of hands-on, commercial, textile screen printing experience , preferably much more.
    Someone with a

    minimum of 1 year of management experience , preferably more.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Advanced interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent organizational skills, such as prioritization, follow-up and follow-through.
    A genuine interest in giving people a great product and experience with us. Including employees.

    MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE PRINTING
    APPAREL .

    MUST HAVE MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.


    Being an excellent printer is a HUGE plus and printing may be necessary at times, but this position is for a manager, not a printer.

    Experience managing a fast-moving production environment.
    Ability to work with team members' strengths and encourage development where needed.

    The willingness & desire to figure out what needs to be done on ANY project given to you without requiring your hand to be held.

    A naturally positive outlook and attitude. No jerks, please.
    Highly motivated, reliable, and productive.
    Intimate knowledge of simulated process, four-color process, and spot-color printing on dark garments.
    Advanced understanding of screen mesh types, screen coating and their appropriate applications.
    Understanding of basic mechanics of most screen printing equipment.
    Must speak, read, and write fluently in English. Other languages are a nice bonus.
    Must be legal to work in the United States. Duh.

    Allergies to dogs could be an issue since three friendly ones come here every day. We are in Phoenix on 7th Ave just south of McKinley. Very close to the I-10.
    Position is full time. 7-3:30, M-F.
    Pay rate is negotiable if you're a superhero. Otherwise, starting pay is $17 to $25 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and responsibilities taken on. The higher side of the pay range is if you can handle managing and some printing.
