    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team for the summer. As an HR intern at SSFM, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. You will work closely with our HR team and contribute to important projects and initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the onboarding process, including assisting with orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
    • Assist with reviewing timesheets weekly
    • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and e-files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and activities.
    • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
