Luke Humphrey

I am a Senior at The University of Rhode Island in The College of Business. I am pursuing a degree in Accounting and will be staying at URI for my Masters degree when I graduate. I have been inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma which recognizes the top 10% of business students at URI. I recently received my Microsoft Excel certification. In the Spring of 2023 I participated in the national exchange program and furthered my education by studying at the University of Hawaii Monoa. I have been an Ocean Lifeguard for the past six summers where I have had to be a leader and critical thinker in difficult situations.

I am currently a Tax Intern at Kahn, Litwin, Renza, & Co. My task are to review and organize client source documents and to complete all aspects of client 1040’s before submitting to reviewer. I have also worked the past 6 Summers as an Ocean Lifeguard where I performed numerous saves, orchestrated training drills, and I lead the staff this past Summer.
