Summary:

The Special Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing private dining and other special events in Polaris, our Rooftop Restaurant; Sway Restaurant, and other special events.
Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.
The Special Event Sales Manager also host hotel tours, maintain strong customer relationships, participate and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the Food & Beverage, Sales, and Events Teams.
Other duties will include:
Special Event Seller:
Sells and services the group and is responsible for creating the Event Order Focus on private events when Polaris is closed (Sun, Mon, Tuesday).
