Description
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support internal communication for Collegiate Hospitality, including activation of tools and resources to maintain brand standards, and effective communication of programs to drive profitable growth.
This role requires excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
This position will report to the Marketing Director Brand and Communications within the Collegiate Hospitality team, and work in collaboration with other marketing team members and internal support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content collection from various team leads and edit/proofread content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website content, presentations, and internal communications.
- Update internal website by leveraging the content management system and providing training support for other site editors.
- Oversee development of Client Business Review template, including collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather information, and ensure accurate and timely communication and distribution to field team for presentation.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage tools for brand activation, including Canva user management and content organization.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in content organization and copywriting
- Food service and/or services marketing experience desirable.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Technically capable and comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
- Bachelor?s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in marketing, content development, creative marketing, public relations or communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
