Description

We are a Veteran Owned Small Business that provides Medical Equipment for the home and institutional patient: mobility, orthotics, braces, women's nursing products, as well as intallation and repairs.

We are looking to add a new member to our team Hours 10:0 to 3:00 Monday through Friday.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Verifies and completes receiving reports by checking receiving document against purchase orders in Brightree
  • Updates databases
  • Answers Phones/Helps Walk-Ins
  • Runs reports.
  • Perform research and provide Proof of Delivery for customer inquiries
  • Interface with Main Office and DCVA. Answers phone inquiries or forwards calls to the appropriate contact.
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Consults with all levels of management
