As an evangelical welfare organization, we advise, educate, support and care for people of all ages at 55 locations in the districts of Hamm, Soest, Unna and in the Hochsauerland district.
With expertise and a love for people, we offer holistic support services tailored to the needs and concerns of each target group.
The permanent position is to be filled immediately with a workload of at least 19.50 to 30.00 hours per week, with the office located in Ahlen.
Your main tasks include:
- Accompanying and caring for adolescents in residential care
- Structuring daily life
- Promoting the independence of the adolescent
- Collaboration with schools and other institutions that are important to the adolescent
- Collaboration with parents/family of origin
- Writing reports, participating in care planning processes
- Collaborating with colleagues in the team
- Utilizing local youth welfare structures
- Ensuring the wellbeing of the child
