Targeted support for independent work aims to counter school anxiety, academic pressure, and concentration difficulties, and to make learning more enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

As a tutor (m/f/d), you are our ambassador and represent our successful concept that has been in place for over 45 years.

Thanks to our teaching materials and approach, we are successful nationwide and are able to help our students achieve better grades in a sustainable way.

It is important to us to guide our students towards independent learning through the right learning techniques, motivation, and concentration exercises, so that tutoring does not become a permanent service in families.

We stand out from our competitors by tailoring our approach to each individual student and therefore prefer one-on-one tutoring in the family's home.

You will typically provide tutoring on-site once a week.

If needed, you will support the family in meetings with teachers at school and assist the institute director in conducting dyslexia support.

As part of your role, you will also have additional tasks and opportunities available to you.

Qualifying as an LRS trainer or psychological counselor is one possibility, as well as building your own student base by supporting us in marketing and participating in our commission system.

In addition to professional qualifications, you should have a passion for working with children and possess pedagogical skills.
