We are currently looking for qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d) to conduct quality inspections in ambulatory, inpatient, and semi-inpatient care facilities according to SGB XI in the areas of Ahaus, Dülmen, Marl, Münster, and Rheine.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting quality inspections and timely and accurate preparation of inspection reports.
  • In addition to your main role in quality inspections, you will also assess the care needs of insured individuals through home visits.
  • You can expect an interesting and diverse job.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Completed training in the field of health and nursing, pediatric nursing, or elderly care (with certification).
  • Professional experience in a leadership position in a healthcare organization and experience in quality management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current nursing science and a willingness to continuously further educate yourself.
  • Strong social and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to use data processing programs on mobile computers.
  • Driver's license, own car, and willingness to travel for business trips within Westphalia-Lippe.
  • Dedicated and responsible work in our team.
  • Strong selforganizational skills.

  • Flexibility.
  • Enjoyment of communication.
