Responsibilities:
- Definition and implementation of a quality concept
- Introduction and completion of quality agreements (SQA and SIA) as well as their monitoring
- Establishment and maintenance of internal processes and methods, as well as definition of suitable metrics
- Ensuring quality requirements in the area of product and manufacturing processes
- Identification of development potentials and coordination of suitable measures for process improvement within supplier development
- Interface to internal and external process partners
- Coordination, control, and tracking of any deviations from product and process approvals, and definition of suitable corrective measures
- Accompaniment and execution of supplier audits
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or a comparable technical education
- Relevant work experience in an industrial company
- Good knowledge of quality management methods and standards in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
- Ideally, knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills in German and English
