For our branch in Villingen-Schwenningen, we are currently looking for a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Service Eingang (Service Entry Clerk).


This will get you going:


  • Processing of shipment inquiries
  • Handling of anomalies (overages, refusals, etc.)
  • Creation of unloading reports
  • Creation, processing and tracking of discrepancy reports
  • Shipment research
  • Shipment advice

This is what we're looking for:

  • Completed training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) or other freight forwarding training preferred, but not mandatory
  • Professional experience in a groupage freight forwarding company advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Diligent and structured way of working
  • Assertiveness, organizational skills and flexibility with time
