Answer phones; screen and direct calls, take information from potential clients and pass it to our estimating team in a timely manner, assist employees and applicants, and direct calls to the proper department

Scan & File; Scan documents and file paperwork as requested by various departments
Maintain printers; Contact our printer support for ink and printer repairs. Keeping paper and ink stocked in printers daily, ordering as needed

Tracking Inventory / Ordering; you will be the primary person in the office tracking office supplies, printer supplies, snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, employee clothing and other essentials. You will take daily inventory and regularly place orders with our suppliers

Office Appearance; You will be responsible for the overall appearance of the office daily, keeping the office neat and in order. We have cleaners that come once per week but there may be light cleaning and organizing between visits that you would be responsible for, including unpacking supplies and handling empty boxes, taking out trash as needed, etc.

Greeting Visitors; great applicants and other visitors, asking them to sign our certification of health before entering our space

General Administrative Duties; Assisting each department with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing, laminating, etc
Job Requirements:
- Administrative experience in an office setting is recommended
- Experience answering phones / customer service is recommended
Fluency in English is required (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Portuguese is required
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft suite is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is a MUST for this role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
