What to expect:

  • Participation in the construction supervision of a building project (KG 300) for a hospital site in the greater Stuttgart area, following the master plan. The project consists of multiple phases with new construction and renovation components. The work will be carried out while the hospital is in operation.
  • Potential involvement in phases 6 and 7 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers).

Requirements:

  • A degree in architecture, construction management, or civil engineering.
  • Recent graduate or several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Commitment and interest in working collaboratively within the planning team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Interest in working with companies and craftsmen.
  • Knowledge of AVA software (RIB iTWO preferred).
